About the Harness

Please contact me directly, through the support page if you are interested in purchasing a wiring harness. As of recently, I do not have the time to make harnesses in bulk and keep them stocked on this website. However I am willing to make them to order for those who are especially interested. Please contact me with your full name, phone number, and model number controller you will be installing. Expect to wait  2-3 weeks build time before shipping. Payment can be made once your order is ready to ship. If you have any questions about the installation process, please check out the installation write up found on the support page. I cannot provide any support during the  “tuning” process, however I can provide instructions/base settings for setting up your controller to work with the Onyx RCR v1.5 motor and controls.

If you've ever taken the side panel off of your ONYX, you've noticed the mess of wires that await inside. Aside from not looking too pretty, the RCR's stock wiring has a few electrical weak points that can cause issues to arise in the long term. That's what inspired me to create these all-in-one replacement harnesses fit specifically for the ONYX RCR chassis, to both clean up the inside of the bike and electrically redesign the wiring for long term abuse from the toughest ONYX customers.

I started off making replacement harnesses for the RCR in it’s stock configuration. I now also make Fardriver upgrade harnesses, which allow you to easily upgrade your controller.
